1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ZekryWay ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
ZekryWay is a multi-tenant e-commerce platform that allows users to create, customize, and manage online storefronts. The Platform provides hosting, domain management, storefront design, product management, order processing, and a companion mobile application.
3. Account Registration
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscription Plans & Billing
- ZekryWay offers multiple subscription tiers (Starter, Pro, Business). Features and pricing are as described on our pricing page.
- Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at info@zekryway.com for refund requests.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use ZekryWay to:
- Sell illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited goods.
- Engage in fraud, phishing, or deceptive practices.
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
- Send unsolicited bulk communications (spam) through the Platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
6. Your Content
- You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Platform (logos, product images, descriptions, etc.).
- By uploading content, you grant ZekryWay a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating your storefront.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to all content you upload.
7. Storefront & Domain
- Each store is assigned a subdomain (e.g.,
yourbrand.zekryway.com). Custom domains may be connected on eligible plans. - We reserve the right to reclaim or reassign subdomains that are inactive, infringing, or violate these terms.
- Store availability is subject to platform uptime. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
8. Payment Processing
Order payments from your customers may be processed through various methods including cash on delivery, mobile wallets, and bank transfers. ZekryWay facilitates the order management process but is not responsible for payment disputes between you and your customers.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZekryWay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Platform.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZekryWay, its founders, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
11. Termination
- You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account settings.
- We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in prohibited activities, or fail to pay subscription fees.
- Upon termination, your store will be taken offline and your data will be deleted within 30 days unless you request an export.
12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Platform.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
